A well-established Primary Care/Family Practice group in Glens Falls, New York is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a family medicine provider who enjoys caring for patients of all ages in a welcoming community with a blend of small-city living and a large rural patient population. If you appreciate practicing both adult and pediatric medicine in a collaborative environment, you'll enjoy our intergenerational practice nestled in the southern Adirondack region—just 1 hour from Albany, 2.5 hours from Montreal, and 3 hours from New York City.

We are a well-established, medium-sized private practice that combines the personalized patient experience of a small office with the resources and stability of a larger organization.
To provide comprehensive, convenient care for our patients, we offer a wide range of on-site ancillary services, including:

- Evening & Weekend Urgent Care
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Single practice location—no travel required
- No hospital rounding
- Flexible scheduling with most providers working a 4-day work week
- Optional additional income opportunities through evening and weekend urgent care shifts
- Shared after-hours call by phone only
- User-friendly MEDENT electronic medical record system
Our practice has intentionally evolved to preserve the continuity and relationships that define exceptional primary care. Rather than fragmented care, each patient is supported by a dedicated care team consisting of one physician, 1–3 NP/PAs, nurses/medical assistants, and administrative staff.
As an NP or PA, you will typically partner directly with one physician. The level of collaboration and supervision is individualized based on your experience, clinical skills, and professional preferences.

Qualifications
- Current New York State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
Schedule & Location
- Full-time, in-person position
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Limited part-time opportunities may be available—please inquire
