As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the heart of the guest experience, greeting every guest with warmth, ensuring their needs are met, and creating a stay that feels effortless. You’ll balance professionalism and personality, helping guests feel welcome the moment they arrive.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Empathy: Greet each guest sincerely, listen carefully, and respond with kindness and confidence.
- Take Care of People: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Include Others: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Inspire to Succeed: Promote hotel services, loyalty programs, and local recommendations to elevate the guest experience.
- Overcome Obstacles: Handle challenges with grace, problem-solve quickly, and follow through until the guest is satisfied.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
