Now Hiring: Float Glass Sales Representative – Phone-Based

About the Role We are seeking a driven Float Glass Sales Representative to join our team and manage inbound/outbound phone sales of float glass products to fabricators, distributors, glaziers, and commercial contractors.
You’ll build relationships, quote projects, negotiate pricing, and grow territory revenue — all from the phone. This is a performance-driven role for someone who already knows the glass industry inside and out.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new B2B accounts via phone, email, and CRM follow-up
- Handle inbound inquiries, provide technical guidance on float glass types, thicknesses, sizes, and applications
- Prepare accurate quotes, manage pricing, and close sales to meet monthly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate logistics and customer service to ensure on-time delivery
- Track all activity and pipeline in CRM Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the glass industry required — float glass, architectural glass, or glazing preferred
- Proven track record of B2B phone sales or inside sales success
- Strong understanding of float glass specifications: clear, tinted, low-E, laminated. Excellent phone presence, negotiation skills, and ability to explain technical details clearly
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office/Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer
