Maybe you've cleaned for someone else and thought "I could run this better." Molly Mops runs on strong systems and high standards, and we're hiring an experienced lead cleaner to run our cleaning in the field: cleaning at the highest level, training our cleaners, and growing with us.
Pay & Benefits
$500–$935+ per week.
Our performance-based pay rewards reliability, quality, and productivity. The better you work, the more you earn. Training is paid, and tips are yours.

What you'll do
- Clean every service we offer: deep, recurring, move-in/out, and post-renovation
- Lead in the field and set the pace for the team
- Train cleaners and run their working interviews
- Handle quality checks and keep supplies stocked
Who we're looking for
An experienced, professional cleaner who's ready to lead. You'll need:
- 3+ years of professional home-cleaning experience
- Leadership ability: you can train others and hold our standard
- Someone who keeps their cool. Recleans, adjustments, and curveballs come up, and you handle them and move on
- Great with customers: calm and professional handling questions or concerns
- Rock-solid reliability. You show up, on time, every day, with no no-shows
- Your own reliable car and a valid PA driver's license
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Able to pass a background check
This Role Is NOT a Fit If:
- You have a history of no-shows or unreliable attendance
- You want part-time or side cleaning jobs
- You'd rather work alone than lead a team
