AT&T Customer Ambassador Responsibilities
- Strengthen and maintain strong client relationships through extraordinary customer service.
- Develop a complete understanding of AT&T wireless services, Quantum Fiber internet, and business connectivity solutions to confidently communicate their benefits to customers.
- Assist clients with account maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction while recommending additional AT&T wireless and Quantum Fiber products and services.
- Input customer information into company mobile devices while maintaining complete confidentiality.
- Attend AT&T Customer Ambassador meetings to discuss best practices and stay current on product updates, client expectations, and compliance guidelines.
AT&T Customer Ambassador Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in leadership, customer service, sales, volunteer work, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to engage with customers, fellow AT&T Customer Ambassadors, and the management team.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to begin in an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
- Flexibility to work in a team-oriented environment while also thriving independently.

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
