We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can convert qualified inbound leads into long-term clients while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead Management
- Respond to inbound enquiries within 5–10 minutes during business hours.
- Contact leads via phone, email and SMS.
- Qualify prospects using our qualification framework.
- Book and manage discovery calls.
- Discovery Calls
- Conduct professional discovery calls with business owners.
- Understand business operations and current bookkeeping processes.
- Identify pain points and opportunities.
- Determine whether prospects are a good fit.
- Present our services and pricing where appropriate.
- Sales Pipeline
- Manage opportunities in the CRM.
- Keep detailed notes after every interaction.
- Send follow-up emails and proposals.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until a decision is made.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Client Experience
- Deliver a professional, consultative buying experience.
- Coordinate onboarding with our operations team once a client signs.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years in B2B sales.
- Experience selling professional services.
- Strong phone and video communication skills.
- Experience conducting consultative discovery calls.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar).
- Excellent written communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Bonus if you have experience in:

Compensation
- Base retainer: $500–$1,500/month (depending on hours and experience).
- Performance bonus: $500–$1,000 for each new client that signs and completes onboarding.
- Opportunity to transition into a long-term leadership role as the firm grows.
Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per month
