Career Overview
As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll receive world-class training and mentorship from top industry leaders. You’ll guide clients through important financial decisions with integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the LWG Sales System using proven scripts, presentations, and compliance guidelines.
- Educate clients on insurance and financial products to find the best coverage for their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to grow your skills and meet company goals.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products and financial services that align with client goals.
Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan state license as an Insurance Agent (Life and Health) - Preferred
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- College degree preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- 100% Commission + Weekly Bonuses
- New Hires: $75,000–$100,000 annually
- Top performers: $150,000–$200,000+
- Managing Partners average $400,000+
