Your Role as a bartender at Mannino's, You will craft everything from an espresso martini to a perfect Negroni, guide guests through our wine list, and deliver an exceptional dining-at-the-bar experience.
** MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY** and must be able to work on SUNDAYS.
Have few shifts available, and will be a fill in for other days if other employees need coverage.
If have serving experience as well, you may be entitled to both positions if looking for full time and can rotate.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS systems use POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end using retail math skills
Experience
- Previous experience 5+ years in a FINE DINING establishment or high volume bar/restaurant
- Experience working with POS systems/cash handling
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service
- Knowledge of the food industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals are essential
Pay: $23.32 - $28.09 per hour
