Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using data entry skills
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with proper cash handling procedures
- Support outbound calling campaigns to engage with potential or existing clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, call center, or client services roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English plus additional languages) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Experience with sales techniques is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
