I’ve been in the hail restoration business for 20 years, and I’m looking for someone I can personally train and teach the business from the ground up.
Trainng will pay $30 an hour for the first 2 weeks, you will then transition to a commission structure than is negotiable.
You’ll learn how to:
- Find and inspect storm-damaged homes
- Talk to homeowners and generate your own business
- Help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process
- Meet with adjusters and make sure damage is properly accounted for
- Help customers choose their roof and materials
- Take the project from claim to completed roof
The job isn’t complicated—but it isn’t easy. You need a reliable vehicle, a strong work ethic, confidence talking to people, and no fear of knocking on doors or climbing roofs.
