We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling insurance defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, professional liability, and/or general liability cases.
Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through trial, conducting depositions, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, attending hearings, negotiating settlements, and providing strategic legal counsel to insurance carriers and insured clients. Candidates must possess excellent legal writing, analytical, and courtroom skills, be able to independently manage a caseload, and be admitted to practice in the applicable state.
