Soma is the rooftop bar and kitchen located in the Brut Hotel. Brut is Tulsa's finest 82 room boutique hotel independently owned by Tulsa developers. Soma's scratch kitchen serves Tropical Americana fare using locally selected ingredients as well as regional favorites. The Dweller Cafe located in the lobby serves locally roasted coffee, snacks and packaged libations from area breweries. The backyard pool will feature a small bar for patrons serving both the bar and green space.

Responsibilities include:
-Accountable for all aspects of a guest’s dining experience while providing
exceptional guest service, approachable hospitality and exceeding expectations
-Dining room awareness, ensuring all guess are well taken care in and out of your
assigned sections
-Setting your teammates up for success, assisting when needed and relying on them
for assistance
-Follow steps of service to provide a quality guest dining experience
- Receive, write-down and ring all food and beverage items in to POS with
accuracy to ensure proper flow of service
-Properly handle all guest payments with accuracy
-Consistently check identification of all guests purchasing alcohol
-Always follow proper sanitation practices
-Correctly audit and balance cash and credit card receipts as part of daily checkout
procedures
-Responsible for completing all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures in a
timely manner
-Maintain food safety and ABLE licenses
