Job Details:
- Job Title: Trim Die Operator
- Shift hours: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Available!
- 1st Shift: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm -- $20/hour
- 2nd Shift: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm -- $20.50/hour
- Weekly pay

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURABLES:
Must be able to operate NC mills and NC lathes, drill/tap machines, as instructed.
Must be able to maintain 95% or better productivity efficiencies based on actual standards on build plan.
Responsible for quality of product to maintain company objectives of 2500ppm of parts shipped.
Must be able to utilize various tools, such as: Calipers, depth micrometers, height gages, etc.
Must exhibit prompt and regular attendance at all times.
Utilize in-process sheet to record and monitor close tolerance dimensions.
Record accurate data on build plan, such as: Time, quantity, scrap and comments.
Maintain work area in a clean and safe manner, following all safety guidelines.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the Company.
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school graduate preferred.
Minimum (1) year experience in a machine shop utilizing Fanuc controls.
Able to communicate both written and verbally in English.
Basic math skills
Inspection knowledge
OTHER SUBJECTIVE CRITERIA:
Must exhibit prompt and regular attendance.
Must be able to operate one or more machines, as required by schedule.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to work standing up for long hours.
