Flexible Schedule! Take charge of your own schedule while collaborating with supervisors to ensure effective program delivery. (Some weekend hours as needed with flex day options!)

Team Collaboration! Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and actively contribute to the person-centered planning process.
Location: Multiple Locations throughout Northern Virginia
Schedule: Monday-Friday Varies (some weekend hours as needed with flex day options!)
Hourly Compensation: $25
What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy/Therapeutic Recreation.

Certification: National Certification (CTRS) or ability to test within 6 months.

Experience: At least one (1) year working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, with a solid understanding of high-intensity behavioral supports.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, is essential.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to walk, stand, and lift up to 70 pounds.

Ability to execute physical intervention techniques with agility.
