We are hiring Kitchen Prep and Servers in Milpitas. We are hiring for multiple positions:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic team members to join our team! The ideal candidate will assist in food serving and/or food preparation and ensure the kitchen and FOH operate smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and eager to develop their culinary skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Kitchen Prep
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
- Support chefs with cooking tasks and food service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing work areas.
- Handle food safely according to health regulations and guidelines.
- Follow recipes and instructions from chefs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests.
Server -
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Presenting the menu and helping guests select food items
- Delivering food to tables refilling waters and checking back on tables
- Delivering a great customer experience from beginning to end
- Enter orders into POS, and accept payments from customers
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Good work ethnic
- 2+ years of related experience at a fast-paced restaurant
- Servsafe certification preferred
- Must be able to work for any US employer with no restrictions
