Parc Bistro –
Parc Bistro is looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable.
- Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper table rotation.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with managers and service staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand.
- Help ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality from arrival to departure.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant hosting experience required (fine dining preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
Dress Code:
- All black attire (professional appearance required).
