Miracle Method of Cleveland is looking to hire a full-time Refinishing Technician. We are a specialty coatings company that refinishes bathtubs, tiles, showers, and countertops. As a Refinishing Technician you will be working in commercial and residential settings. Our company specializes in turning dated and worn bathrooms & kitchens into bright and new usable spaces. If you have painting, autobody, or any type of spraying experience, this job is for you! Being able to work with your hands and having a basic understanding of tools helps tremendously.
Are you looking to get out of a dead-end job? We require NO EXPERIENCE for this position. However, people who have hands-on experience in the trades have an easier time getting through training. We hire for character and train the skills needed to succeed. Paid training lasts 4-6 weeks. If you have painting or masking experience, training will go much faster!
Entry level Refinishing Technician requirements:
- Entry level- no experience needed, just a go-getter attitude!
- Humble and willing to learn a new set of skills
- Will have to submit to drug test and background check
- A clean Department of Motor Vehicles record.
We are looking for individuals:
· Men and women in good physical shape who can perform the tasks of refinishing.
- Painting experience works well.
- Autobody experience works well.
- Spraying and masking experience works well.
- Handyman, plumbing, and tile trades work well.
- People who take pride in their work and who help Miracle Method continue to be the preferred refinisher in the industry.
- Independent workers. Our technicians work independently by going to different job sites every day.
- Good attention to detail. Refinishing is a craft. The quality of each job is only as good as the effort of the individual technician.
- Ability to adjust.
- Consistent work history. We are looking for reliable people. We are looking for individuals who want long-term jobs. This position is a trade and not ideal for temporary employment.
- Problem solvers. Each job is somewhat different and requires a person who can be flexible and deal with the unexpected.
Entry Level Restoration Technician Benefits.
· Paid training of $800 per week
- Average compensation equivalent to $20-$35 per hour ($40k-$75K per year) after the completion of initial training. Compensation after training is completed is salary plus a biweekly bonus which is determined by quality and quantity of work completed. This is a production-based job. Hard work is rewarded!!!
- Paid training at a salary equivalent to $20/hour- Training lasts 6-8 weeks
