We're looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our USA team (fully remote, in VA preferred).
This is an excellent role for a Beauty Advisor with excellent sales and phone skills, or an Esthetician, or other equivalent Beauty Professional looking for a change of scenery, to join our team and support our online customers throughout the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

About the role
- Freelance hourly contract, up to full-time hours available
- Business hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (US local time) - some flexibility may be required
- Conduct beauty consultations (via phone, web chat and online meetings) for existing and new customers, utilising your knowledge of beauty treatments and products
- Develop and maintain relationships with current Spa, Med Spa or other business owners and potential B2B clients
- Support customers with answers to their skin concerns and questions about which product is best suited for them
- Provide a 5-star customer experience via inbound calls live chat and tickets
- Connect and work closely with our Product Manager as she continues to develop new products, collecting feedback from business partners to continuously improve our offerings and service
- Work closely with our Skin & Beauty Brand Manager and marketing team, being the face of the brand, getting involved with content, video creation, social media, and video demonstrations
- Get first hands-on access to test new beauty tools

This is a fully remote role, working from home as a freelance contractor.
If you're based in VA, USA that's a plus as you'll have a local team member to connect with nearby, though we're accepting applicants across the country.
