Guide guests through a world-class, transparent car buying experience
Respond to internet and phone inquiries and schedule showroom appointments
Make 45+ outbound calls daily to follow up with leads and prospects
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and deliver expert-level product presentations
Log all customer interactions in CRM and dealership systems
Prepare vehicles and customer info for upcoming appointments
Assist with showroom appearance, lot organization, and guest hospitality
Stay current on Mazda models, news, and competitive vehicle offerings
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
13 vehicles sold monthly (rolling 90-day average)
95%+ customer satisfaction index (MBEP score)
High conversion rate of internet and phone leads
Strong performance in optional protection and service product offerings
Completion of all Mazda certifications and training
