We are seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Roofer / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete roofing tasks.
- Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure precise execution of projects.
- Perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions while following safety regulations.
- Apply construction safety harnesses, ladders, and other safety equipment correctly to prevent accidents.
- Contribute to siding installation, stucco application, caulking, and metal stud framing as needed for remodeling projects.
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members.
Skills
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings.
- Experience with roofing repair, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and siding installation.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and fabrication equipment.
- Knowledge of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, and adherence to construction workplace safety regulations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively outdoors across diverse weather conditions.
- Prior experience with remodeling projects including stucco application and metal stud framing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret technical plans and follow detailed instructions confidently.

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
