Qualifications
Experience in commercial HVAC project management or construction project coordination
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with project documentation, scheduling tools, and budgeting processes
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Maintain and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close out documentation
Collaborate with internal teams on estimating, proposals, and equipment procurement
Monitor project progress to maintain quality, cost, and safety standardsIdentify opportunities to enhance workflows and increase project efficiency
