Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and troubleshooting tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, maintenance history, and equipment status updates.
- Conduct electrical diagnostics and repair tasks involving low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical blueprint reading.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems, hydraulic components, pneumatic systems, and welding equipment with precision.
- Support field service operations by traveling to client sites to perform on-site repairs and technical support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze system failures and implement effective solutions that improve reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial maintenance environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, industrial electrician experience, and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding ( welding if applicable), and precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management.
- Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters for electrical diagnostics.
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, and engineering troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment issues quickly.
- Mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery including scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus.
- Valid field service certification or relevant technical training preferred; bilingual English communication skills required.
