The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our non-profit organizations warehouse, distribution efforts, and community support services. This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing deliveries and pickups, supporting volunteer activities, and maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant environment.

Hours: Full-time, Tue/Thu: 7:30am-12pm or 1pm & Wed/Fri: 7am-2:30pm
Location: Honolulu, Oahu
Pay: $22 to $24 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee safety and security of warehouse operations.
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of warehouse activities.
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse, including inspecting equipment and vehicles, issuing work orders, and tracking maintenance logs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to operate forklift effectively.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic pallet jack effectively; valid certification required.
- Proficient computer skills.
