Weekend Marketer/Admissions Coordinator
Saturday - Sunday
The Weekend Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining marketing and referral activities on Saturdays and Sundays to ensure continuity of business development efforts. This role assists with building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, conducting facility tours, supporting admissions, and representing the facility in a professional manner. The Weekend Marketing Coordinator will also provide coverage for the full-time Marketing Coordinator during scheduled time off, vacations, or other absences to ensure uninterrupted marketing operations and referral management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain referral source relationships and respond to weekend inquiries.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
- Assist with admissions and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Represent the facility at community outreach opportunities as needed.
- Communicate weekend marketing activity and referral updates to the full-time Marketing Coordinator.
- Provide full marketing coverage during the full-time Marketing Coordinator's scheduled time off.
- Ensure excellent customer service while promoting the facility's services and admissions goals.
Pay: From $19.58 per hour
