QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to build positive relationships with high school students while fostering accountability, self-awareness, and personal growth
Skilled in partnering and communicating effectively with parents, faculty, and students
Self-starter who also works well as a collaborative team player
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced school environment
Strong attention to detail and process orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and general computer proficiency
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience, preferably working with high school students or in a youth-serving setting
Experience in teaching, academic coaching, and/or student development, executive functioning development, or academic advising
SCHEDULE & WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a full-time position on the Academic work cycle. Some flexibility is required for occasional events (Orientation, Parent Workshops, Student Success Events, etc.).
