Conduct inhome client assessments

Develop and update Plans of Care

Complete supervisory visits

Provide caregiver trainings and support

Maintain accurate documentation

Active Rhode Island RN License (required)

Active Driver's License and reliable transportation (required)

Willing to work on a per diem schedule

Strong communication and assessment skills

Home care experience required
