Vantage Windows is expanding throughout the Seattle metro area and hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Canvassers. This is an outdoor, face-to-face role where you'll connect with homeowners, introduce our products, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.
No previous sales or canvassing experience is required. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability—and we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and meet with homeowners
- Introduce Vantage Windows and our current promotions
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations
- Track appointments and daily activity using your smartphone
- Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
Compensation
- Weekly pay
- Most new team members earn $2,000–$3,000/month while learning
