We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our graveyard shift team. If you enjoy hands-on work in a clean, organized environment and want paid on-the-job training with opportunities to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality molded parts
- Follow written and verbal production instructions
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, trimming and labeling as needed
- Monitor machines for proper operation and report issues to your supervisor
- Keep an accurate count of parts and complete production paperwork
- Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
- Keep your work area clean and organized
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to read and follow instructions and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic mechanical or manufacturing experience a plus
- Leadership or trainer experience preferred
