Maintenance Superintendent – Luxury Residential Community
We're a growing real estate company with a portfolio of luxury multifamily and hospitality properties, and we're looking for a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead operations at one of our premier residential communities.
This isn't a back-office role. You'll own the physical condition of the property, lead a team, manage vendors, and be the person residents and management count on when something needs to get done — and done right.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and complete the maintenance work orders; assign and prioritize work orders
- Execute a preventative maintenance program covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and life safety systems
- Manage and complete the unit turn process from move-out through make-ready — on time, every time
- Conduct regular inspections of units, common areas, and mechanical systems
- Oversee vendors and contractors — scope, quality, and accountability
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in on-call rotation
- Keep records, order and manage inventory,
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years maintenance experience in residential real estate
- Strong skills troubleshooting and repairing across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Professional, resident-facing communication style
- Valid driver's license
