Position Responsibilities
- Trim harvested cannabis to company quality standards
- Maintain consistency across all finished product
- Separate stems, fan leaves, trim, and secondary material appropriately
- Follow established trimming procedures and quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work efficiently while preserving product quality
- Meet production goals without sacrificing craftsmanship
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of cannabis trimming experience
- Current OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain consistent quality throughout shift
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Performance Expectations
Successful candidates typically:
- Produce approximately 1.5–3 pounds per day
- Consistently maintain quality standards
- Follow SOPs and trimming guidelines
- Demonstrate reliability and professionalism
Physical Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to sit and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods
- Ability to maintain focus and quality throughout shift
- Ability to work in a production environment for 8–10 hour shifts
