We are seeking a General Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant-Certified or Acute Care Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner) to join a dynamic and highly collaborative surgical team that values teamwork, flexibility, and professional growth.
This is a full-time, 40-hour position in a fast-paced but highly supportive surgical environment. The practice includes 4 surgeons and 1 APP, offering strong collaboration and a true team-based model of care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a predictable schedule, clinical variety, and a balance of inpatient floor work and procedural involvement.

Full-time, 40 hours per week

1 weekend of rounding required (no call during weekend coverage)

Primarily inpatient floor-based work with consults (~8 per day)

Flexible and predictable scheduling environment

Strong team support to promote work-life balance

Managing post-operative and surgical patients throughout their care journey

Completing inpatient consults and rounding on surgical patients

Collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and APP colleagues

Supporting clinical decision-making in a fast-paced surgical setting
