At Café de L'Asie, we’re growing our team and looking for friendly, energetic people who enjoy great food, teamwork, and making guests feel welcome. We offer a starting wage of $11.00/hr, and once training is complete, new employees are added to the tip pool. As an Asian-inspired, fast-casual restaurant with a unique intercultural menu, we’re proud of what we serve and the people who help bring it to life. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and accurately process their orders.
- Accurately prepare/build menu items.
- Work with other team members to ensure all orders are delivered to guests in a timely manner.
- Monitor food and ingredients for quality.
- Food preparation
- Clean and organize dining and kitchen areas.
- Be on time for work.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for restaurant and food service staff to join our team. The perfect candidates know and enjoy food, have previous experience working in a restaurant environment, and have excellent customer service skills. You may be working a variety of shifts, so flexibility in availability is desired. Our restaurant staff members are our most visible employees, so you are always on stage and need to project a fun, outgoing personality and maintain a highly professional demeanor.
