A well-established, high-volume collision repair facility in Golden, Colorado is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join its production team.
Our shop serves drivers throughout Golden, Lakewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Evergreen, Morrison, Denver, Westminster, and surrounding Front Range communities. We offer a steady flow of insurance and customer-pay repairs, modern equipment, and a team-focused environment where quality workmanship is valued.

What You'll Do
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components
- Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition using OEM-approved repair methods
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and industry best practices
- Read and interpret repair plans and blueprints
- Operate frame machines and measuring systems
- Work closely with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and production staff to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Deliver high-quality repairs while meeting productivity and cycle-time goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous collision repair/body technician experience required
- Strong knowledge of structural and non-structural collision repair
- Experience operating frame equipment and measuring systems
- Ability to read and follow repair plans and OEM repair procedures
- Reliable work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must successfully pass a background check
