We are currently searching for an On-Site Compliance Specialist to work at Mariposa located in Denver, CO. ** This individual must have affordable housing experience**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring property’s affordable housing program to ensure that all target numbers are met.
- Reviewing all site move-in certification files to make sure that all households are income qualified before the households move in.
- Ensure affordability levels are maintained, applicable rents and utility allowances are in place which will be reviewed on all pre-move in and re-certification files. During the review of all files it is imperative that the specialist ensures that each resident file contains all required and acceptable documentation/verifications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
- 2+ years LIHTC experience
- 2+ years of previous management experience
- HCCP Designation (or equivalent)
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Ray Range: $30.00-$33.00
