Duties
- Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts, and RF scanners to load, unload, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, order picking, and shipping documentation accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with precision using order picker equipment and mechanical knowledge to fulfill customer requests promptly.
- Conduct shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking supplies, performing quality control checks, and adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and heavy equipment operation.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes, improve order fulfillment efficiency, and support overall warehouse management.

- Proven experience in warehouse operations including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or related roles.
- Ability to operate computer and learn software inventory management tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker technology.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control and inventory accuracy.

- Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or managing warehouse distribution is a plus.
