We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our regional accounting team supporting a multi-state operation. This role will begin with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and offers a clear path to expand into Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, or broader accounting functions within 3–12 months.

Perform high-volume invoice data entry (approximately 36,000+ lines annually)
Match packing slips to invoices and ensure accuracy
Review invoices for discrepancies and resolve errors
Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries
Communicate with internal departments to resolve accounting issues
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with monthly tracking and reporting using schedules
Support additional accounting functions as the role expands (AR/billing)
High School diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree in Accounting or at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent data entry skills, including 10-key accuracy and speed
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
