We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our
team at JFK International Airport. If you have a passion for hospitality, thrive in a

Your Role:
As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurants operations,
drive operational excellence, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your
leadership will be key in developing the team, optimizing performance, and
maintaining high brand standards.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a team of employees.
Drive operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
Implement and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency.
Monitor sales, labor, and cost controls to maximize profitability
Foster a strong team culture through coaching, training, and performance
management
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry
High-volume, fast-casual experience preferred
Proven ability to drive sales and manage financial performance
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
Must have computer skills including but not limited to: Google sheets, Drive, word,
and excel. Must also be able to use scheduling software and various computer and
phone based applications.
Must be able to strive in a high pressure environment with providing world class
hospitality to your guests as well as the team.
Starting pay: 66k - 75k per year (Based on experience)
