Welcome to Magnolia Roots Endodontics! We’re a 1.5-year old, fast-growing endo office near Savannah Quarters in Pooler and we’re building something truly special. Magnolia Roots Endodontics is veteran owned, female owned, millenial owned - led by Dr. Carley Sells.
We're so excited to be welcoming another doctor soon and we are growing our team in anticipation of the wonderful things to come at Magnolia Roots!

What You’ll Do (aka Your Superpowers):
- Be the friendly face that makes patients feel right at home. New patient check-in as well as patient check-out and scheduling.
- Take charge of scheduling, insurance wizardry, and problem-solving with confidence and ease. Treatment plan presentation experience and explaining insurance benefits in a way patients can understand is a MUST!
- Keep the office running smoothly and lend a hand wherever it’s needed—teamwork makes the dream work, after all!
- Share your fresh ideas for improving processes, patient care, and team culture.
- Marketing and networking with other dental offices will be a team effort.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of dental front office experience—bonus points if you know Open Dental, but we’ll train the right person.
- Insurance know-how (verifying eligibility and treatment planning with patients—you’ve got this!).
- A customer service rockstar with excellent phone etiquette and a knack for scheduling magic.
- Someone who’s all-in for teamwork, loves learning, and has a passion for saving teeth!
- Someone who is comfortable joining in our dental tik-toks every so often.
