Hiring Occupational Therapists (OT) – 13-Week 1099 Contract

What you'll do
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services across assigned settings
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with families, school personnel, facility staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support functional independence and participation in daily activities
- Maintain compliance with professional, company, facility, and payer requirements
What you'll bring
- Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Alabama Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work across multiple clinical and educational settings
- Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
