```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical office
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using medical scheduling systems such as eClinicalWorks or Eaglesoft
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
