Job Summary
Revere Home Care is seeking an experienced Home Care Business Development Manager to build referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, and senior service organizations throughout the Greater Seattle area. This position is ideal for someone with an existing network in healthcare or senior care who enjoys relationship-building and community outreach. This role will include a base salary with performance bonuses for revenue generated.
Hybrid position with daily travel throughout the Seattle/Eastside community. Time is spent in the field building referral relationships with occasional office work in Issaquah.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow referral networks (e.g., hospitals, clinics, senior centers)
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, case managers, and community partners
- Represent Revere Home Care at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and outreach materials
- Track leads, conversions, and market trends
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or outreach within the home care or senior services industry
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and building referral relationships in the industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the Seattle and Eastside senior care ecosystem and community resources
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and passion for service
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic data analysis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $81,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
