Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting
- Perform comprehensive assessments and nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per standards of care
- Develop, implement, and update Plans of Care based on physician orders
- Accurately document patient status, education, and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and care teams
- Supervise LVNs/LPNs, HHAs, and family caregivers as applicable
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and on-call rotation
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
- Current New Mexico RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license with proof of auto liability insurance
