Pay & Benefits
- Full/Part-Time (5+ shifts/week): $15.00/hour base + weekly commission
- Limited Availability: $13.00/hour base + weekly commission
- Weekly commission payouts: paid every week, not monthly

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers at the kiosk, guide them through wash options, and process transactions with confidence
- Present and sell our Unlimited Membership plans — this is where your commission comes from
- Guide vehicles safely into the tunnel
- Operate, clean, and maintain automated car wash equipment
- Keep the site clean and professional — vacuums, trash, towels, lot, and customer areas
- Stock supplies and prep towels/cleaning materials
- Support the team with other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong customer service instincts — you can hold a conversation and handle pushback calmly
- Sales mindset — comfortable pitching and asking for the close
- Professional attitude on and off the floor
- Team player who adds to the culture, not just fills a shift
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements
- Lift 25–50 lbs independently; team-lift items up to 100 lbs
- Stand, walk, or be on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Occasional kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Schedule
- Evening shifts available
- Weekend shifts required
- Holiday availability preferred
