Key Expectations/Responsibilities:

This HR Manager role is a unique position that would be a split between admin and operations. This means that you will be required to work on the floor in the restaurant in the front of house for a certain number of hours per week and you will also be given a certain number of hours per week to work on administrative projects/tasks. The split would be 10-15 hours admin and 25-30 hours in operations. If you are not comfortable with this setup, this may not be the right fit for you

This position will support the Director, Talent & Operations with current goals and metrics around employee engagement/retention, training, recruiting & selection strategies, onboarding/offboarding workflows, disciplinary tracking, payroll, performance reviews, celebrations, community partnerships & events & other projects that may come up

This position will also be responsible for leading shifts & teams when scheduled, so open availability is mandatory. There is balance with the schedule and other leaders to help divide the workload so you will not be required to open/close every day. There is a variation of shift hours throughout the week. Always off on Sundays!
- Support Leadership Team with accountability and adherence to all CFAPH Handbook on policies and procedures

Communicate and seek guidance on areas of opportunity within the Leadership Team and collaborate ways to consistently challenge and grow internally

Oversee our training program and support our trainers with the tools to implement the program well while holding them accountable for completion
- Support FOH Leadership supports and is actively engaged in reaching and maintaining a FOOD Safety Score of “good” or better

Certified in all Pathway trainings and aware of all proper and best practices of each position. Be able to coach on the spot on success/opportunities

Understand, Coach and Support proper FOH/BOH staffing levels based on training success, productivity and sales goals
