About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, upbeat, and reliable Concierge to be the face of our studio. This front desk role is essential to creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism

Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling

Answer phones, handle guest questions, and resolve basic concerns

Promote our Polish Pass membership program

Maintain a clean, organized studio environment - not a lot of time to sit down!

Coordinate with nail specialists and management to support smooth operations

$16+ per hour based on experience and availability

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service or front desk experience
