Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist – Forklift

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Department is responsible for monitoring Inventory Department reports, performing cycle counts, pulling and shipping samples, pick line management, and resolving receiving, RF scanner, skid, pallet, and truck issues/errors within our Fairfield, Ohio distribution center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be able to drive sit-down, reach, and cherry picker forklifts.
- Minimum of 1 year of RF gun experience.
- Monitor daily inventory reports.
- Perform cycle counts.
- Pull samples upon request.
- Manage pick lines.
- Work with the Purchasing group on receiving issues and provide communication as needed with Accounting personnel.
- Work with Inventory personnel on general RF gun issues and skid, pallet, and truck errors.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk on concrete floors for eight hours or more per day.
- Must be able to work in an environment where there are fluctuations in temperature.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, turn, twist, or squat on a continuous basis.
