Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper / Office Manager to perform day-to-day accounting operations while helping manage a small office team.
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you will work closely with ownership and play a key part in the financial and operational side of the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger and support monthly close
- Supervise and support small office staff
- Work directly with ownership on financial reporting and key decisions
- Ensure accuracy and organization of all financial records
- Assist with improving internal processes and workflows
Qualifications
- 10+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Experience managing or supervising office/admin staff preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll, AP/AR, and reconciliations
- Experience with DDI / Advantiv or similar ERP systems a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a small family business, hands-on environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 + Bonus (based on experience)

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
