Job Description: Frozen Yogurt Shop Team Member (In-Person Only)
Position: Team Member / Crew Member
Location: In-person only (North Park)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve frozen yogurt, drinks, and menu items
- Assist customers with orders and operate the POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Prepare toppings, restock supplies, and manage basic inventory
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Take photos and short videos for the shop’s Instagram account
- Post content related to new menu items, promotions, and events on Instagram
- Monitor basic comments and DMs and report customer feedback to management

- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Responsible, reliable, and punctual
- Comfortable using smartphones and social media (Instagram)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, café, or retail
- Experience using POS systems
- Familiarity with Instagram posts and Reels
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
