We are looking for a high-performance B2B sales rep to help expand our presence in the smoke shop, vape, and convenience store market.
This is a heavy outbound sales role focused primarily on cold calling and account acquisition. If you love the grind of building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing deals, this could be an extremely lucrative opportunity.
We work with high-demand branded products that retailers actively want on their shelves, giving strong sales reps a major advantage when opening and growing accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to smoke shops, vape stores, distributors, and convenience stores
- Open new wholesale accounts and build long-term customer relationships
- Present promotions, product launches, and best-selling SKUs
- Follow up consistently to convert warm leads into recurring buyers
- Grow account volume through upselling and repeat business
- Hit and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets
- Are highly competitive and naturally driven to win
- Are comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
- Handle rejection well and keep pushing forward
- Are disciplined, consistent, and willing to outwork others
- Are motivated by making serious money and building a high-income career
- Learn quickly and take coaching well
Previous B2B or industry sales experience is a plus, but it is not required.
