Community Resource Center Therapist/Counselor
$500 retention bonus (signing bonus) after 9 months of employment
Pay:
CRSS or MHP: $18; Bachelor's Degree $20; CADC $19; Master's Degree $21; Master's +Experience $22; LPC/LSW $23; LCPC/LCSW $24
- CRC is a non-for-profit Community Mental Health agency that has been in operation since 1969 offering mental health and substance abuse services to Marion, Clinton and Fayette counties.
- Therapist/Counselor Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field preferred OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Other Bachelor's Degrees with at least two years supervised experience in the field
- Licenses preferred: LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, CADC
- Knowledge and training in Evidenced Based Practices preferred
- Therapist/Counselor Responsibilities:
- Working with Children, Adolescents and/or Adults with both Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorders
- Provide Individual, couple, family and group therapeutic interventions
- Documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
- Knowledge of DASA Rule 2060 and DMH Rule 132 and 140 preferred
- Crisis Rotation Participation
- When indicated, provide consultation, case management and out-reach services
